Can I register my Serbian PR company without visiting Serbia or getting a visa?
Yes. You can start our sole proprietorship (preduzetnik/PR) formation remotely using your passport biography page and business details. You do not need to obtain a Serbian visa or visit Serbia just to use our remote company registration service. A local physical bank account, if you later need one, is handled during an in-person bank visit when you are in Serbia.
What does the €200 company formation service include?
The total is €200, including the official formation costs and registered business address at Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona 6, Belgrade, for 12 months from the APR registration date. You pay €50 to begin. When your PR is registered, we email you the official APR certificate, then collect the remaining €150. After that payment has been confirmed, we send your detailed self-service visa application PDF, invitation letter and accommodation sponsor letter at no additional service charge. The company address can then be renewed for €80 per year.
Company Formation
Is €200 truly the total company registration price?
Yes. You pay €50 at the beginning and €150 only after your company has been officially registered and you have been sent its APR certificate. All company formation-stage costs and the first twelve months of registered business address are included. No separate APR formation fee is added to the €200 package. Address renewal after the first year is €80 annually.
How can I check that my company has been registered?
We send the real APR registration certificate before requesting your final €150 payment. You can then check your company at the official Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) website, apr.gov.rs, using your registered company details. We are preparing illustrated screenshots showing precisely where to click and what to verify.
When do you send the visa PDF, invitation and sponsor letter?
The order is important: we first register the company, then send the official APR certificate. Once you receive that document, the remaining €150 becomes due. After we confirm the €150 has arrived, we send your detailed step-by-step visa application PDF, invitation letter and accommodation sponsor letter. These are included in the total €200 price.
Will you apply for the D visa for me?
No. Our service covers PR company formation, not D visa application submission. After final payment you receive the APR company document, invitation and accommodation sponsor letters, and a comprehensive PDF that shows how to complete your own Welcome to Serbia application step by step using your own email account and password. No additional paid visa-filing package is offered.
Do I need a Serbian visa to sell on Amazon, eBay or Etsy with a Serbian PR?
You do not need a Serbian visa simply to form the PR remotely. A company registered in Serbia can be used as a basis for applications to eligible online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay and Etsy, while you live abroad. Payoneer can be used for supported payment workflows, and suitable online sellers may explore Stripe if its independent eligibility and website requirements are satisfied. These third-party accounts must be opened and managed by you.
Can I have partners or multiple registered activity codes?
A preduzetnik belongs to one individual, so it is not a shared ownership or partnership company. The APR registration shows one principal activity code. You can tell us what you want to do and we will help choose a suitable main activity; other lawful business activities can be pursued as allowed.
Does a visa refusal entitle me to a company formation refund?
No. The €200 is the service fee for company formation, which is completed independently of a later personal visa decision. If you apply for a visa yourself and it is refused, that does not cancel or reverse the company's APR registration, and it is not a reason for a company formation fee refund.
What happens if I need a local business bank account?
If you later travel to Serbia, we can help guide your in-person visit to a local bank. The standard company formation process is remote, but a conventional local bank account is handled with you at a physical bank branch. Many international e-commerce sellers separately explore eligible online payment providers independently.
What do you do after my visa is approved?
If you use our sponsor documents and independently obtain a positive visa decision, coordinate your travel itinerary with us. Under our sponsor-coordinated arrival procedure, you and your sponsor will be met at the airport with no additional service charge.
Can I choose any preferred company name?
You can give us a preferred business name and an alternative without needing to format the full legal PR title yourself. We handle the formal Serbian naming requirements and check the final registration details during the process.
Tourist Visa
How much is tourist visa assistance, and is the official fee included?
The full service price is €350 per applicant, paid upfront, including the €90 official visa fee and our invitation and preparation support. We do not add a separate visa application fee to that amount. The same price applies to families, children and agencies, with no volume discount.
Which documents are mandatory?
We require four intake items: your passport, a personal photograph, a flight reservation and travel health insurance. A recent bank statement, earlier visas and travel stamps, employment documents, business papers, home or car registration or family registration can be helpful if available, but those are optional supporting documents in our intake form.
Will you submit the tourist visa application for me?
Yes. The tourist visa is one of the two services we offer, and we do prepare and submit its application through Welcome to Serbia. We also arrange an invitation letter and hosting support and give you the application access information after submission.
How long will the process take?
When your payment and essential documents are complete, we normally submit the application within two business days. Our previous cases have averaged around 15–20 days for a decision, although official processing can take longer or require additional information.
What happens if my tourist visa is refused?
If the tourist visa is refused, no part of the €350 fee is refundable. The official €90 visa fee and a genuine host invitation letter are included in the price. These terms are explained before payment and should be reflected in your service agreement.
Is there a discount for families or agencies?
No. The price is €350 per person, whether it is an individual customer, family member, or application referred by an agency. The official €90 application fee is already included in every applicant's service price.
Are embassy interviews always required?
Our standard process is online via Welcome to Serbia and does not routinely include an embassy interview. If the relevant authorities request extra information or an appearance, we will advise you about the next steps.
Will the tourist visa allow me to work in Serbia?
No. The tourist visa is for a short visit and does not by itself provide employment authorisation. SerbiaCompany no longer offers an employer work visa application service.
