How to verify a Serbian company using the official APR register
Learn what an APR registration record is, what documents to expect and how to check a company's official details independently.
What is APR?
The Serbian Business Registers Agency, known as APR, maintains the country's official business register. It lets you confirm that a business is registered and view its official identifying information.
What you should receive
After completing our PR service, the client receives the official registration documentation. This is the key evidence of the new company being entered in the register; it can also be used when supplying business details to other organisations.
Checking the register
Visit the official domain apr.gov.rs and navigate to the relevant business-register search. Use the company registration number or accurate registered business name from your documentation. Compare the name, registration number and current status with the details you received.
Keep the documents safe
Save your registration decision in your company records and avoid posting unredacted personal identifiers publicly. A public reference example may be useful, but your own certificate should remain accessible only to you and authorised representatives.
Need help?
SerbiaCompany plans to provide a three-screen illustrated APR verification guide with exact click-by-click screenshots in the client area. Until then, the official APR website remains the source of record.
Information is provided as a general guide. Your actual requirements depend on the selected service and current procedures.
