Why online sellers consider Serbia
International entrepreneurs can register a Serbian PR from abroad for online retail, consulting or cross-border trade without first obtaining a Serbian visa for the company registration. The resulting business identity and APR documents can support contracts, invoicing and applications to eligible international seller and payment services.
Select your main business activity
A Serbian PR application records one principal activity code. Describe whether you intend to sell physical goods, provide digital services or work in wholesale trade so an appropriate principal code can be selected. Other legal activities may have separate requirements.
Marketplace and payment-provider accounts
A Serbian PR can be registered remotely, without travelling to Serbia or obtaining a Serbian visa solely for the formation. After registration you can apply independently for seller accounts on Amazon, Etsy and eBay where eligible. Payoneer is available for supported payment flows. Merchants with a suitable website and payment arrangement may also explore Stripe if its independent eligibility requirements are met; the company registration alone does not guarantee approval.

Our €200 package registers your sole proprietorship in Serbia, includes company formation expenses and provides the first year of registered address service. You open and manage marketplace seller accounts, Payoneer, Stripe or other payment tools independently. Those third-party services are not included in our fee.
Get started with an uncomplicated application
You can begin company registration with your passport identity page, two company name choices, your main activity code and your email and phone number. The first payment is €50, with €150 due after company registration and document delivery.
